Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and (if physical) in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Downloadable software products (including VST plugins, DAWs, sound libraries, or expansions)

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary products

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Proof of Purchase
To process your return, we require a valid receipt or order confirmation. Do not send products back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, video games, vinyl, etc.)

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation regarding approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund does not appear:

Contact your credit card provider (posting delays are possible).

Contact your bank (refunds may take time to process).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at {email} and send the item to: {physical address}.
Gifts

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, youโll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be sent.

If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
